I decided to go for the free trial session that I came across online, I was very open minded when walking in. I can honestly say instantly I was made to feel welcome. Now after a few sessions I can see how honest and genuine this academy is. I look forward to a long lasting relationship with them. Highly recommend!! When it came to deciding to sign up, it was just informational and no pressure at all which was refreshing. Also in my last session I was quite inexperienced compared to the group and the instructor went out of his way, one on one to help me grasp the exercise without making me feel uncomfortable. Couldn’t ask for better service.

Very poor customer service. I have taken my kid for 8 month & suddenly they asked me to pay 100 pound for membership & they are still deducted my direct debit. Avoid at all costs. Evidence attached in photos of their lie (refund). No respect. This clearly means they over charge me & you don't refund people who don't pay . If there 0 rating I will give it.

Didsbury Black Belt Academy is fantastic place with a lovely environment. I have been attending for just over four months, three times a week and it is over a 40 mile round trip each time for me Which is well worth it. Master Wayne and Mandy are both fantastic teachers and are very welcoming as is everyone else. It does not matter what age you are, as it is right across the age groups. Highly recommended. Thank you to everyone, for your support.
