Iv been at my doctors 31 years i had mr and mrs kumar their were the best saved my life we as a family all have the dr kumar kotegonkar family now looking after us iv been through some bad times and came out the other side their our extended family who are genuine and respect full in every way i just couldent be with another doctor,s as iv seen how people have waited 12 mts to see a gp in bury i fought 6 weeks to get a bury dr then to see on their board it said 10min visit for only one thing if you need to say 2 things book a double appointment was discrasefull i sorted it out for a lady doctor which took 6 weeks so glad of Dr Ajay and all the Gps Also dr moyals the compassionit they show every family and know all of us by name thats lovely i try keep away from dr unless i realy need them as they have enough to do but i try not to go if i can get it from chemist the Hours they do daily is unbeliveble so decated to their surgery and family people forget they have familys to they are normal just like us if ur rude to the receptionist what do you expect she may be having a bad day as their Human like us so speak to them how you like to be spoken to and if you have a valid complaint send it to the practis manager to help resolve it screaming on socail media is not the place or time . So thankyou to DrAjay and his fellows doctors thankyou for being their through this pandemic your support was amazing like your amazing doctors thankyou Louie @dave wilson xxxxxx

One lady who works in the office has no people skills, each time iv spoken to her she is so rude...actually walking on eggshells with her! Today was the last straw when I asked for my daughter, aged 3 ,to be seen to get what she needed... Got told to go else where but as I insisted she needed the prescription (as advised from a previous appointment that day) the lady then began to tell others in the office... Petty much so everyone could hear (sat at the window shouting across the other side) and as if I Wasn't there! All done so rudely! After 5 mins of their discussions about my child's personal information (her speaking as if I was in the wrong and for all to hear! ) they came bk with an appointment, reluctantly. ... I felt so embarrassed I couldn't face the appointment and left without treatment and won't be able to get treatment for days now, and that's me having to ask a stranger and finding a lady that is available. What ever the outcome... Its called simple people skills! Not myself having to apologise for trying to get my daughter an appointment so she felt secure and comfortable with her own Dr's/nurses! For something she needs that is causing pain.
Have always felt well looked after
All the Dr's I have been seen by are very pleasant and take their time.excellent service. Dr Ajay is the most polite dr I have come across. Most of the receptionists are ok but have come across one very rude and interferred in my conversation with another receptionist
Both professional and understanding all the GP’s at this surgery are second to none. They provide an excellent outstanding service, for the whole family. The support you receive here is that of an old fashioned surgery when your family Doctor had time for you. Dr Ajay, Dr Moyle and Dr Butt are our regular GP’s whom are very thorough, sending you to the hospital for tests only when required. We have every faith in this team of professionals at this practice.
