Outstanding level of service, easy to deal with to sort out a problem with a fridge freezer. Recommended replacement rather than fix, even though he would receive a larger payment and it was the best option. Honest, reliable and works with you to get to the best solution for you. Really recommend this company.

New oven element fitted today - excellent and very quick service from Colin, who was professional, friendly and quickly responsive in arranging appointment - on a job that could have been tricky due to having to access the rear of the oven, but was easily sorted out by Colin. Went above and beyond as well to improvise on re-fixing back plate inside the oven. At very reasonable price too (where other companies had quoted twice the price). Would highly recommend and will definitely use again if/when needed.
