Sad Village. This was literally the worst Chinese food I've had in my life. The salt and pepper chicken wings were just dry battered chicken wings with some limp onion and burnt bits of batter. Absolutely nothing like the taste explosion of \salt and pepper\ dishes from elsewhere, with spices, chili, peppers, onion, SALT and PEPPER! The two soups (vegetarian hot and sour, and mixed vegetable) that my wife ordered were both inedible/horrible and tasted like someone made gravy in an old shoe. The crispy beef was more dried out than crispy. Mixed stir fry vegetables are usually full of Chinese leaf, pak choi and other greens, but this was just onion and cabbage, but at least was flavoured with garlic. The vegetarian spring rolls tasted of nothing more than the roll. After we'd picked out the edible food to eat and had thrown the majority in the bin, we had to open the doors and windows in the house to let the \smell of wrong\ leave, as it smelt like something had died. Sure enough my stomach became upset and I got diarrhea. If this was the only place that provided food in a village, it would be a SAD VILLAGE. Absolutely awful food.
