My mum as been going to Later life living day care for nine years . I don’t know where to start. It’s a place filled with love care and understanding. Some where that I know my mum will be safe and well looked after, and where they understand each persons individual needs. They have many different activities, flower arranging, plenty of different games. Drawing, chair exercises ,pool table, singing just to name a few. My mum goes Monday to Friday and loves it. My mum has Alzheimer’s and is 95. She lives with me and my husband and has done so for ten years. Later life living has been the best thing for my mum as well as for both of us. We couldn’t thank Dawn Kyra and the team enough for everything they have done for my mum and us. I know my mum is safe there and that makes me feel very content. Thank you. As a volunteer worker at later life living and previous full time working in the care sector prior to retiring I cannot praise this service highly enough. Kyra, Dawn and the team provide client centered care in a warm friendly environment . Kyra and the team take great pride in the care they provide and the relationships they form with the clients. A lovely service.
