Oh no...what's that awful clunking noise coming from my sewing machine? Help! After a quick chat over the phone, a friendly chap took possession of my Brother sewing machine. He said turn around was running at between 1-2 weeks. Arghhhhh...how will I survive? It turns out I didn't have to - 2 days later, well 1.5 days really and I received a phone call to say it was serviced, fixed and ready. It was a fiver more than quoted for the service as it had a couple of parts replaced. Bargain!! I took it home, got it out and sat down to see. Oh my word, it works like a dream. In fact, it sounds better than when it first came out of the box. Thank you :)

My sewing machine stopped working, I took it to the shop, the engeener couldn't promise that he could fix if, but he said he would check it out for free. After 48 hours he rang and said it was fixed, and working fine, so I paid 40 and took my machine home. I was very happy with the service .
Great man to deal with! Great price! Quick repair! He will give you a starting quote and will phone you if it will be more, due to parts being required. Up to you whether you want him to continue. I didn’t get a call so my repair was the base price. He doesn’t take payment until after the repair. The place may look like it is not open for business but give him a call to arrange drop off and collection. My sewing machine is working like a dream. Will use him again for a service. A* service.
Dropped my seeing machine off after having issues with it, he serviced it and called me the next day saying it was ready for collection. Will definitely be using in future
