I want to Thankyou all for your help on Saturday 27/3/21 at 810pm my beautiful princess mica sadly died I had her from 5/6 weeks up until 8 days before her 14 birthday I phoned and they opened up for me to receive mica by 10.30 pm and cremated her that night in less than 24 hrs I had her back home with me I cannot recommend this company and family run business enough they go above and beyond very caring people service fantastic I know they will be called for again for there services by me but hope not to soon highly recommended and well value for money not that money was important to me that night I just wanted my baby well looked after and cared for and they did this Thankyou again so much love to you all my head is all over the place at the moment so I hope I have given the recommendations they deserve and more x

Couldn’t thank Jake enough for the support and quick service for my little fur princess baby, I was able to pick my baby back in Within 24 hours with her beautiful paw prints & ashes and fur in a Lovely personalised memory box! Would highly recommend!
Previously Firtree Pet Crematorium, the now renamed Manchester and Cheshire Pet Crematorium is run by the original owner's son after Peter sadly died. Carrying on his tradition of gentle kindness Jacob provides the same caring service of individual pet cremations. In what were terrible circumstances for me he worked hard to make saying goodbye for the last time to my beloved pet the best it could be under such emotional circumstances. I can't thank him enough and can honestly say that you can trust him to do what he promises when he says the cremations are all individual and done with respect. It is not easy running the whole business by himself but during lockdown he is still managing to keep up his high standards.
These guys were recommended to me by my brother in law and I couldn't be more impressed by the way they have handled my beautiful Bellas cremation. They came within an hour of calling to pick her up, were so kind and thoughtful and her ashes were returned the next day in a beautiful wooden box with a lock of her hair and a print of her paw. They just made this part of her passing a little easier. Thank you all so much
I can't thank Jacob enough for the service he has given my fur baby today. Church was 20, had a hard start to life and came in to my life as a rescue. I had the honour of spending the last 10 years with him. he was sadly taken from me at 5am during a dog attack. I called Jacob after finding his number online when the vets weren't interested in my needs for getting him home, and by 12pm, Church was having the send off, with the respect, he deserved and I was bringing him back home for 3pm. I can not recommend Manchester & Cheshire pet crematorium highly enough and again, thank you for your kind and compassionate services today. you really have made it that little bit easier for me
Our cavalier Lucy sadly died on Jan 12. These lads were excellent at a very sad time. Thanks boys!
After the sudden passing of one of our Guinea pigs this lunchtime, my daughter wished to have his ashes so that she could have some jewellery made with them. Jake returned my message promptly and was very kind and respectful on the phone. We were able to drop Bumble off this afternoon and pick him up this evening so he could be home the same day. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the services here. At the end of a very long and upsetting day, Bumble is back home where he belongs and my daughter can keep him close. Thankyou Jake for making an extremely upsetting day just a little bit easier and doing so with kindness and respect.
