Covid mad here more security staff than Court Staff and they keep you waiting for hours without advice. Then it's long winded with no advice or help. If parking near by put lots in the meter you will get a ticket. Really very unhelpful very stressful and judges are so rude and full of their own self importance. They should give respect to get it back.

I'm two months into an enquiry regarding a discrepancy with a Final Order. Different Final Orders have been issued to parents. Asking the Family Enquiries Team to look into this and issue the correct version to both parents should be fairly straight forward yet I'm here again two months afterwards with no updates. They do not listen, they put the phone down they have no empathy and no understanding. Good luck to anyone dealing with them and their sloth style approach at handling issues. *edit 4 months - still chasing* *further edit - still waiting*
