We bought a original cob grate fire place and hearth plus hot box from here. Unfortunalty it didn't fit in our dining room. I contacted them to organise a return and was told \ there are no returns for in-store purchase \ we made this believing there was as it states on the website. I contacted them a week after it was delivered and basically told \ tuff \ It's a shame as it's a beautiful fire place but not fitting for us.
A friend recently offered us a wood burner so we called in to ask if they either did installations or could recommend anyone. A woman on the desk said they did have details for local fitters but wouldn't give them to us as the stove wasn't purchased from them. Thanks for being so unhelpful, i'll make sure to go somewhere else if we need anything in the future.
