I booked 0.5ml of Restylane and another treatment online. I travelled for an hour and it was only once I was sat in the chair with numbing cream on my lips, I was told they didn’t have the filler I’d booked. I should have been contacted and told this before hand and it would have saved me a pointless journey as I decided not to go ahead with the treatments. I chose to travel and pay their (expensive) prices as I’d been quite happy during my first couple of visits to the clinic. I will not be going back as there are HUNDREDS of cheaper and more professional/ better clinics out there. I didn’t get a single apology either. Don’t go.

Amazing. I've had my lips done previously 5 times at different clinics. I decided to try Mac aesthetics as they had a good presence on social media. I went to the Birmingham branch. Stacey did my lips who is also an A&E nurse. She made me feel so comfortable and corrected my shape. My lips are the best they've ever looked and it's all down to Mac. I'd never go anywhere else now.
Amazing clinic. I have been to many clinics over the years to have my lips done and I can finally say I have found 'the one' and I wouldn't go any where else. Natalie is a true artist and she takes time and real care to ensure my lips look perfect every time, and I also have a good giggle whilst I'm there. True you could find a cheaper practitioner but speaking from experience you get what you pay for and Natalie is the best. I would definitely recommend this clinic and will continue to visit here for a long time to come
It's understandable that you cannot please everyone, but some of these reviews are ridicules. Iv had my lips done here twice since December & they have been perfect both times even brought a friend along the second time hers were amazing also. They've lasted longer the second time it's understandable they go down it's a foreign substance suddenly being put into your body it's your body's natural defence to fight it and break it down. MAC aesthetics will have my continued custom as well as my friends highly recommended company. Sarah at the Birmingham clinic is simply amazing! Top job ️
Just visited this place for the first time today for juverderm lip enhancement. I was surprised at how professional and fantastic the service was and I definitely recommend this place for anyone considering treatment. The person I received treatment from was so attentive and knowledgeable and took great time and care to ensure I received what I wanted. There are cheaper places out there but you will not receive the same quality treatment and it's definitely worth spending more for something safer and better standard. Thank you!
