It was great, the staff were very friendly and I would recommend an upright scanner to anyone who can't use the tunnel mri scanner or suffer with claustrophobia you are kept informed by the radiologist on your progress.
Attended this week Medserena MRI scanner as suffer from claustrophobia and this stand up / sit down scanner was ideal. Like to thank all staff for their efficiency and customer care from the time of my enquiry to the day of my scan - any apprehension I might have had dissipated because of their professionalism and care. For those who are thinking of using Medserena MRI scanner thoroughly recommend - thankyou

Had brain MRI today here , I was greeted by the lovely receptionist and the building was amazing. I was so scared as I can't use the tunnel MRI this was amazing sitting in the upright scanner . Martin the radiologist was so amazing he was so reassuring and talked me through ball my fears . It was over in no time . The best 610 I've ever spent. Thank you both for everything xx
