CRAFTY CARP

First time I've been to said shop and the last. Phoned 16times nobody ever answered talking to someone out side the shop they said it's the norm for this shop,not Very good customer service is it.went today for maggots got there the person in shop said they had none but will be delivered in about ,20mins.i decided to wait 2 hours later nothing gave up went to Trafford angling.in that 2hrs nobody in storeketp us up to date on when they will be delivered.again not very good customer service.
