Walked into this branch today 03/10/2019 to make a large payment from my RBS savings account;and was told NO because I have no debit. Even though the cashier is aware that the bank does not issue debit cards for savings. I called up the banking team who then queried her why they will not make the payment. Then she replied that its at managers discretion. Shame on you. I will be closing my account!
