Waste of time. He says your clothes will be ready in two weeks, but what he actually should say right from the start is two months after running back and fourth. At least the customer will know. He will say that they will be ready next time, but every time, they not. If you want a trouser, he will make a salwar. Gave him a designer suit and he gave it to me back damaged without accepting fault. Make sure you check before leaving. Lies out of his teeth. No truth or honesty in his words whatsoever.
Awful. Complete lack of organisation, try somewhere else if you require a reliable service with a smile. I was due to leave the city in the evening, specifically asked several times if they could do it for a certain time the following day and I was reassured that they could. Called in advance to ensure it was ready, was told to wait a further two hours. Turned up two hours later to find the shutter partially down and my dress on the counter top. Rang the owner and was told I had to wait ten minutes. Returned 10 mins later to see the dress had disappeared. I was "welcomed" by a disgruntled member of staff who unapologetically said the dress wasn't ready. I took a seat and could hear the sewing machine in the back furiously whizzing away; clearly this was the time they had chosen to fix my dress. When it came to paying, they had no change. None. Not "I'm so sorry to add to your frustration, but we have no change (even though we are a business)" just, no change. Had to walk across the road to get change. Returned for the dress, and finally managed to get out of there. Due to the delay I had to cancel and rearrange my plans. Would NOT recommend and will NOT be returning. For the stress it caused I'd honestly rather take up sewing classes and sort it myself. A terrible business run by awful people.
