Just had a boiler replacement in one of my properties, Lisa could not have been more helpful. She got quotes, questioned them to find out exactly what the works covered, and gave very thoughtful advice. With no disrespect intended to letting agents, I've used quite a few in the past that would get a single quote, not question it at all and then be surprised if the landlord started asking questions. This type of situation is a 3 way partnership, and the agent needs to ensure its win:win for everyone. The guy that got the work gave a competitive quote and clearly had done a good job in suggesting an appropriate boiler. Thanks Lisa, good job.

Friendly, helpful staff and personal service. I have been letting a number of properties with Pic my pad for nearly five years. Any queries are always dealt with quickly. Booked an appointment to view a house ... said it’s already sold without even a viewing? Hey there were no viewings that took place as we live across the road ... then they have the cheeks to lie that they called me a number of times. Offered to put down a deposit straight away as had seen the property many years ago... something dodgy these guys were upto... might be going to The property Ombudsman to discuss their unprofessional attitude. How can you sell a house without viewing and then lie that they called everyone. My friend was also interested and he too didn’t get a call... AVOID AT ALL COSTS
