First time I have eaten out at the ribeye manchester establishment. I have to say, its definitely a fine dining experience. We had two starter platter aswell a main for each of us. My friends had the ribeye wagyu, fillet wagyu, T Bone Angus steak and a Tomahawk steak for myself. The wagyu steaks are of a 5 rating which was soft and juicy to taste. The tomahawk is a meat eating heaven. I felt like Fred from the Flintstones and if it wasn't a fine dining restaurant, believe me I would of ate the meat straight off the bone. The meat was really good, service on point, decor was beautiful and overall a good experience. Highly recommended.

Not usually a steak kinda guy but was pleasantly surprised by a visit here. The owner was really nice and helpful to describe the different types of steak and the difference in how to have it cooked. Went for the fillet steak, medium well and shared garlic mash and dauphinois potatoes. Really tasty!
This place obviously knows how to take care of their customers. Always with a welcoming approach. The food is fairly priced, constantly flavorful and neat.
Had the enjoyable experience of visiting Ribeye Steakhouse yesterday. What an experience... We found ourselves being warmly received at the door through to an exceptional dinner service at the table. All the waiting staff were incredibly polite and attentive. Not a frown in sight ! We had the soup of the day, starter ribs, chicken supreme and the vegan burger (yes vegan burger at a steak house ...not my choice...). But the food was delicious. Well cooked and piping hot as anticipated and expected. The drinks ( mocktails...no alcohol here...) was great and refreshing too. Overall the visit was one of the best dinning experiences I have had to date in my home town of Manchester. Also not to forget to mention that parking and access are also convenient. Will certainly be returning for another visit...
Went there yesterday as a group of 4 having been recommended it as a nice place to eat. The decor and location of the restaurant are nice and the staff were friendly. Unfortunately the food was very average and not what you would expect for the kind of prices they are charging. For starters we ordered the Dynamite Prawns, Chicken Wings and Halloumi Chips. All starters were nice but nothing special and quite small in portion relative to their price. For mains we ordered the T-Bone and Ribeye steaks, which were very disappointing. Like a lot of other reviews on here mention, the steaks were extremely bland, dry and overcooked, making them inedible without sauce as they lacked even basic marination. For dessert we had the Pistachio Profiteroles and Chocolate Fudge Cake which to be fair were quite nice. Overall I think this place is overhyped and will not be going there again. There are so many nice steakhouses in Manchester and this isn’t one of them.
