Patricia found us the perfect space on Blvd. Robert Bourassa – it is exactly what we were looking for, close to the university and the facilities within the offices are just great. Everything is provided for such as the furniture, phones etc and everything is included in the rent – power, cleaning, insurance and so on. The staff in the building are lovely and it’s been a real pleasure moving in. You could tell Patricia had great knowledge of the market and we will definitely be making contact again if we ever wish to move office.

I visited here when I was looking to set up my first business. Myself and my business partner were designing our dresses out of my converted garage but we were needing more and more space for the sales and marketing side of things as we grew. The Office Providers were simply fantastic. They recommended the Eco Park in Ludlow and we fell in love with the building – it really ties in with our environmental brand, the setting is gorgeous, and the facilities are excellent. The Office Providers staff have been absolutely awesome.

James found us a great solution at Horton House in Liverpool. We needed a venue for our weekly LinkedIn seminars which are attended by between 70 and 100 delegates. Taking flexible office space worked out much better value than using a hotel or other venue, it gave us security and also workspace for administration and marketing between events. Highly recommend.

Nicky found us some great flexible space at No. 1 Spinningfields. She showed us around and we loved it immediately – perfectly matches our style, and the vibe of the whole place was perfect. We needed space for around 20 but a lot of the team work remotely from home or are often based within our clients’ offices so this option worked out perfectly. We didn’t realise that these sort of agreements were available – we’ve got a selection of dedicated desks, some general ‘hot desk’ co-working space membership passes, a private office and use of meeting rooms when we need them. Nicky knew exactly what we needed and found us something that we would never have known was available. Definitely recommend.
