This is the most disappointing plane or services we have ever used. We got late to our exhibition because the kept on changing the time. Will never use this service again

Rubish! Outrageous ! You are premium, or Priority package and your line don’t move due to 1 attendant, and the economy class has 6pr 7 and has no lines at all! Told one of the staff, and he reply sorry but it is what it is, we don’t work for Thomas Cook... But he was check passenger in? Rip-off! Absolutely non sense! Waste of money!

I called and spoke to a really helpful member of the team, she applied a 10% discount I wasn’t aware of and wouldn’t have got if I booked on line as I usually do . Also helped me save on an extra days parking by telling me about the 6 hour grace period . All in all a great service

I have hidden disabilities and wear the lanyard recognised my most staff at Manchester airport. Thomas Cook staff at the check in desks are completely unaware of this. After being in the queue nearly 45 minutes and having a melt down in the queues I received no help. I'd asked one staff for help, later when I was questioned who I'd asked for help, her comment was I'm really busy I can't remember everyone. Even though I was the only person wearing the lanyard. I now have to sit on my own on the plane without my carer as there are no double seats in economy together. Come on Thomas Cook get upto date not all disabilities are visible

Tried calling the number over and over for 2 hours. No answer!! No answer message or info of any kind. Need to ask a question ahead of long drive to the airport and long haul flight tomorrow. Very frustrating. If they don't want to take calls, disconnect the number!

Thomas Cook has the worst customer service I ever experienced. My luggage get lost on a flight to US and it was impossible to reach any hotline to get assistance. Even on the homepage it was not possible to file a claim.
