Devoted Mother

What a man! I am so grateful for Alex, he has been our saviour over the last couple months. My partner was such a worry as he was acting in ways I couldn't understand and I was at a total loss with the level of his distress and how to help him. Turned out he has PTSD. He has found Alex helpful for dealing with his stresses on a day to day basis. I'd recommend 100%

Given false hope, was able to get us in for an initial assessment within the week was told we would start the counselling process within 2 weeks, 2 months later still no appointment. Shouldn't accept new clients if they are not able to meet the demand unless of course they pick and choose who they provide counselling to!
