Superb Take Away Service. My wife and I decided to have Toro's take away for Valentine's dinner. We placed an order with ease on the Toro's website and ordered 5 steaks for 7.15pm pick up. We ordered around 5.30pm. The website was great and easy to use and there is a direct discount of 20% with ordering. We arrived just before 7.15pm to a COVID secure pick up to find that the food had just arrived to the front table for collection. The food was packaged in individual potions neatly in a foil container. We had 5 containers to take and a tub of coleslaw. Packaging was brilliant, food temperature and appearance great. It took us 20 minutes to get home and in opening the cartons each meal was ready. The steaks were cooked to exactly the right way we had asked and the meat sizes were exactly as expected. As for the portions there is emphasis on plenty of food - very big and filling portions. We were very happy - good quality, well cooked food, good value for money and a really filling meal. Our kids were also really happy and the whole family enjoyed the meal. Well done to all at the restaurant for ensuring the food is made and cooked on time and with no queue for collection, everything is working well. A real treat for Valentine's Day, keep up the good work.

There was a queue. This place is busy. They are doing well. Me and the Mrs and my son went. They were really welcoming. Kind. Helpful. That’s where u guys got the 3 stars. Anyway food comes up. Piping hot. Well presented. But it was bland. It’s like the steak has not been seasoned. I got the sizzler which is well priced. I got the spicy rice with it. (Again it’s not spicy, bland) and pasta. The dish comes with veg as-well which tasted like rubber. It was pretty disappointing. The Pasta had tut much sauce on it. It just didn’t work. Why was the food like that? Maybe because they are mad busy or just didn’t care. Waste of money it was for me. Will I eat there again? No. Will I recommend it? Yes, to a good atmosphere but no for the food. Sorry guys. This time it hasn’t worked out for me or my wife.

Apart from adding the service charge on the bill without stating it, the food is amazing! They serve pretty fast once dined in! For the 50% discount, the wait was 2hrs but the food was worth the wait. Definitely will go again!
