Awful site! False advertising read the fine print !!! Not recommend !!! “The images show both the trunk and harness together to show you how the clip together. They are provided like this by the brand. But we have also cut many of the images to just show the trunk product.” - If you only sell the trunk post pictures only as you do with other products! It is false advertising and if you have a problem with that and you blame it on the brand take this back to the manufacturers and ask them to give you the correct pictures because the title is misleading too. So you do admit that the brand is doing this but you are selling it and when you get a complaint you blame the consumer. No one made any threats, I did not complain about delivery is just your poor presentation. And stop using a global pandemic to justify your incompetent marketing. Just stop you are only making the matters worst .... you know the customer is always right and yes you will get a return ASAP !!!
