I can not praise this company highly enough, the service I received was second to non. I phoned them Friday morning to see if they could clean and polish my wife's engagement ring and wedding ring and was told yes they can do it and if I dropped it in on the same day I could have it completed by Tuesday which is fantastic on its own but to my surprise I received a call on Saturday morning saying it had been done and they were ready to be collected. I highly recommend Wilbraham of Charlton to anyone, I will definitely be using them again. Thank you so much David Hughes

The process from the start getting a lovely yellow diamond, to the finished ring was a really easy and enjoyable experience. Took my cracked ring in to get fixed. They were clearly busy as it’s a few days before Christmas but they managed to fix it and turn it round on the same day. They clearly appreciated how much it meant to me. Really pleased and grateful. Friendly people too.

We went to get a wedding ring from Wilbrahams where we found the staff friendly and helpful. We were shown a very big display tray full of rings to try on and they happily let us take as long as we wanted, with no pressure. Honest and knowledgeable staff. Brilliant.
