Very poor management from Jaffar. If you are unlucky to get him as the manager, forget about having the wedding you want. I would give them 5 stars as the food was great and decor was great. But we had 3 meetings before the wedding to agree the nitty gritty of the details. He didn't stick to any of them, he got the set up of the venue wrong, he didn't manage anything on the day, we had to tell him what to do. The icing on the cake, he rang the bride an hour before the mendhi to confirm decor details and the spelling of the bride and groom's name.
I just want to take the time to thank you from the bottom of my heart for all your hard work and support, Alhumdulillah the day went perfect and the set up was truly magical. We genuinely couldn't have pulled this wedding off without you. Your team are a credit to you. Big thanks to Eavan, Mellisa Ney and Ash but most of all you. Thanks a lot for your patience and for being so understanding of our situation and for guiding my mum and dad through this. You made our day. Looking forward to working with you in the summer pending covid resitrictions! Once again, thank you. You're the best!!
Really enjoyed working with Zinc Occasions ! Very attentive to detail, and always willing to accommodate any changes to plans/ideas. The food was superb, and the decor was of real quality.
