Fantastic caring very professional. Lovely private farewell room where you can say your goodbyes to your pet. We took Maddie in to them early morning and by mid afternoon had a call to say she was ready for us to collect. Lovely spaniel casket now sits pride of place in our lounge. I lost my guinea pig and the crematorium I was originally going to go with were unable to collect her and I had no way of getting to the crematorium myself. Jim was able to collect my girl within the hour, and also dropped her back home to me in the early afternoon. I've heard that December is a busy time for pet cremations so I was worried that I would have to keep the body with me, but the service I received here was outstanding and it was a huge comfort to have her ashes with me so quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to use this crematorium again or to recommend them to anyone who wishes to have their pet cremated.
My beautiful rabbit passed away at the vets on Thursday afternoon and after bringing her home for the night I called Tendring Pet Cremation at 10 o'clock Friday morning where I spoke to a man called Jim. Within half an hour he was at my address to pick up my baby and he returned her to me by 4 o'clock the same day. He was very compassionate and patient as I said my goodbyes to her and was very gentle with her when I passed her over. I couldn't have asked for anything better for my precious little girl. A truly wonderful service.
The loss of a pet is always so hard to bear especially when in our case Mocha had been such a loving and loyal spaniel. She had shared her affection with anyone she encountered and had a very special bond with the grandchildren who adored her as we did. After twelve fantastic years when the time came for her to leave us for a different playground we needed to ensure her passing was fittingly and sympathetically handled. My wife and I can’t thank Mark and Jimmy enough for their exceptional kindness, professionalism and level of service. Nothing was too much trouble and to say they went the extra mile is an understatement. We have nothing but admiration for this business and hope others will appreciate the dignity and respect they show our beloved pets. Thank you Mark from the bottom of our hearts.
