One word describe service received, fabulous! Following two previous experiences with other companies one that tried to up-sell beyond the point of making economic sense and the other that just couldn't be bothered to turn up. Fred turned up at exactly the time agreed, listened to what i wanted and quoted straight away. Work was completed within the hour, all TV's tuned in, no mess no fuss. Thank you very much to you both.
