The old Manzfield Sauna is now no more, but has been under new management with a new name for about a month. I have been a regular of the Manzfield for occasional visits over many years and during that time it changed little but was always extremely friendly if not if not a little “seedy”. If you come by car it is easy to park in the roads behind the sauna (Frederick Street). Under the new management there have been a few minor changes in that one of the saunas has been removed to be replaced by a couple of restrooms and the reception bar area has been tidied up and a “lick of paint is being applied”. But basically it is the same but at a higher entry price of 12. On the ground floor there is the changing area, snack bar, Jacuzzi, steam room and showers. The first floor has an outside smoking area, doubling as a sunbathing terrace in summer months plus a few cubicles and the remaining sauna. The top floor has a video room, G.H. area and open resting space where most of the action takes place. The clientele used to be mature but on my recent visit there was a better range of ages from late 20’s to 60’s. The staff are pleasant and helpful, but the client’s don't seem to be as friendly as the old crowd. It is early days under the new management so we will have to wait and see how this “new” sauna develops.

I go when I can and you're made to feel very welcome! Me being trans they let me wear female attire and so I can really enjoy myself. Lube is free and so are the condoms. I wish i could afford to go more often it's very clean and safe.
“A right good crack” social lounge was very friendly and had loads of laughs. Staff are amazing very attentive and never stop cleaning. A must to visit.
Visited Metro Sauna today, it was naked day. Admission only 12.00. it's being changed and given a facelift, for better, extra private rooms, a Sling room, and glory holes in some of the new private rooms You are given a genuine warm welcome, Which lasts all of your visit, even after you've payed. Good food prepared as ordered. I had a really brilliant time, a good mix of customers. Today was naked day, and your given a face cloth to hide your private s if that's what you want to do. I said I wanted a shower on arrival, and was given a normal towel size for this purpose Iam hoping to go again next Thursday. Good job done Lads Colin
