I JOINED ETICE SEVERAL YEARS AGO. THEY WERE A SMALL COMPANY WITH COMPETETIVE PRICES. I HAVE BEEN WITH THEM FROM THE BEGINING. JUST RECENTLY I FOUND A MUCH CHEAPER SUPPLIER FOR MY GAS SO MOVED. IT HAS EEN OVER 6 WEEKS AND THEY CONTINUE TO SEND ME EMAILS FOR MY BILLS. THANK GOD I CANCELLED IT AT THE BANK. I AM OWD A LARGE OVERPAYMENT AND WAS ASSURED IT WOULDBE REFUNDED. THIS HAS BEEN MORE THAN SIX WEEKS AND I AM OWED WELL OVER 5OO POUNDS, THEY KEEP SAYING THEY ARE SWITCHING TO A NEW SYTEM. SORRY TO SAY THIS, BUT I WOULDENT RECOMMEND THEM

I would most definitely not recommend Entice. My bill started at 35 a month which was fine. It then shot to 80 a month - and this was for a 1 bed flat with no central heating or hot water. Customer service was shocking. Avoid at all cost!

Worse energy company I've ever used would give zero starts been on hold for multiple hours after countless emails trying to get in contact with anyone nobody responding all detail they provide me with are incorrect and contract I have entered into prices more expensive then I was quoted when I signed up still unable to get access to my online account to give meter reading an after going on the website and making multiple appointments for someone to call me I received email confirming and saying I will be called within half an hour of my appointment after half an hour of waiting for my phone call I received an email saying you've cancelled your appointment when I had done no such thing massive waste of time

Worst energy company I've ever been associated with. Poor customer service and slow to respond to complaints. Switched 2 months ago and still awaiting my refund as paid by monthly DD and credit on the account. DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED. Would give zero stars, but doesn't allow to post without at least 1.
