Staff not very friendly, young lad very rude, ignored my question and just walked off like I didn't matter. Total disgrace to the Council, management take note that this team is failing the public.
If you fancy making life stressful whilst trying to get rid of your waste then this is the place for you! Unhelpful from start to finish. Attitude between them is as bad as the waste they’re dealing with. If you want to get rid of your waste I’d recommend the warsop site as they are more easier to deal with then the workers (if you can call them that) here.
It's good that the centre is opened during this difficult time. Just be prepared to wait in the queue for a bit to maintain social distancing. People visiting are very considerate of the Covid-19 situation
Utterly vile experience at 3.30pm. Staff friendly and helpful as always, but beyond that it was awful. No distancing, no masks, no regard for any of the posted rules such as only one person per skip gantry. I got boxed in on one by three utterly rude users who looked at me as if I was some kind of alien for wearing a mask. Whilst trying to leave I was hassled by someone wanting my parking space. I was using antibac, and he was impatient, shouting at me to \get a bloody move on\ My advice... if there's a queue to get in, come back later. Or earlier.
