The very well thought through sales process and professional handling of the sales person was only let down by the vehicle preparation which was below my expectation for a used / approved Mazda. Service items according to the schedule had not been completed although it was arranged for the work to be done locally after I took delivery. NS front wheel had been hit hard at some point in its life as there is quite a large dent and scuffing around the alloy. It also has a new (odd) tyre on where all the others are original and half worn which was probably due to the impact. I thought this sort of thing would be refurbished prior to sale. Due to Covid I guess I took a bit of a chance not being able to inspect the car prior to sale but I felt somewhat assured going through a main dealer. I did not report the dented alloy as it was not noticed until I gave the car a clean.
