This is the first time I buy a car in the UK, and I am so glad that I met Steve Williams. He is definitely one of the best car salesmen I have met. He was so attentive. This is the 3rd time I have bought a car from Ron Brooks. The first time I got an excellent deal but foolishly the next time I wanted to change I went to a different dealership elsewhere. Suffice to say that didn’t go well so I came back to Ron Brooks despite living near York. Each and every time I have dealt with them they have been honest, transparent, fair, knowledgeable and have listened - especially Mark Hicklin who never fails to treat me with respect and kindness. They do not do a hard sell, nor do they push me beyond what I can afford, or towards something I don’t need. They listen very carefully and then find a car that matches my needs and give me the best deal possible without any games or sexism. They do it as quickly as possible, but without rushing or glossing over any of the details. I now wouldn’t go anywhere else for my cars. New or used Toyota’s - they can be relied on. And the services department is awesome too. Every step of the way they are polite and friendly. Perfect service and stunning cars.
