We ordered the flowers for my father's funeral from Mansi's - the service from beginning to end was excellent. The arrangements were truly beautiful and we are so grateful to Nick and the team for everything.

My wife and I would like to thank Mansi Flowers for the beautiful flowers that they creatively put together for our dear family friend! It was her birthday last month but unfortunately due to Covid-19 restrictions we couldn’t gather together to celebrate. The staff were very kind and made me feel very welcome in the shop, and after speaking about our plans I felt very confident that they would put together a beautiful collection of flowers for our friend. I am so happy with the end result, as you can see the flowers were absolutely perfect and for a very good price too! Our friend was extremely happy, it really made her day. Thank you for your excellent customer service, I highly recommend it!
Brilliant and great service. I wanted to send one of my teaches some flowers and they were so helpful, especially when I had to call a couple of hours later to change the address.
I have been a loyal customer of Mansi’s for many years. A couple of years ago when the owner, Nick Mansi came to a deliver a Christmas tree, he started swearing in earshot of my young children because his staff had promised that they would do something that he was unaware of and so got annoyed. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and still continued to use them as I believe that their trees and flowers are lovely. However, this morning, I called and spoke to Nick to try and see if they could fix a problem with the Christmas tree they delivered yesterday and again Nick started swearing down the phone at me and started to shout have a go at me for something that’s not even my fault! As I tried to explain that I did not appreciate the language, his tone got louder and started to talk over me, trying to justify himself! His excuse is that he is stressed and that it is a busy time. This is totally unacceptable!! No-one should EVER use such foul language! As a small, local business, it is imperative to offer excellent customer service as word of mouth is so strong. In the past, I have recommended them to friends, however, not anymore and nor will I be using them again!
