Happy to have such pharmacy locally. However I've just purchased 2 fit for travel covid Tests (149 each) from them and I was not impressed. They first gave me the wrong test so I had to call and return. The next day they gave me the wrong instructions. I had to speak with 3 different people and none were really pleasant (like I was wasting their time). Overall the experience was very confusing and frustrating.

Would sincerely like to thank the staff of Maple Leaf. Been a customer for almost 30 years and always had great service. Today they outdid themselves with service on a difficult prescription delivery. Can’t thank them enough. Highly recommend this as a place to get all your pharmaceutical requirements

Horrendous. I've been going to this chemist for almost 25 years and since Galan left its gone from bad to worse. David (pharmacist) is brilliant, but if he's not there expect a stone cold reception from the pharmacist that was on duty today. She has zero customer service skills and obviously is helping the new owners lose business . I won't be back - I spend over 100 a month on vitamins plus my monthly prescriptions - and neither will my family of five be going there.
