I purchased a strip of blue LED lights for my computer. They are great. Staff always have a smile on their faces and the shop has everything you need for computers and more.

Paid for 2 items online for click and collect, showed as 2 available and ready for pick up in 20 minutes. Got to store 40 minutes later, store had no order on file for me, took another 20 minutes to figure out that they only had 1 in stock and their online system can sometimes be 24 HOURS out of date. Joke when this is a electronics company. Was told I couldnt take the 1 in stock as my order was for 2 so I hadn't paid for the one on the shelf. Acting manager (as actual manager had gone home for the day) said there was nothing they could do, phoned customer services who said the same thing. Absolutely no effort to try and fix a issue I had because of their broken system, if there was any effort made by any part of the chain I wouldn't have bothered reviewing at 1 star but I can't let such poor customer service be passed.

Great helpful staff. You know what you want and not only will they point you in the right direction they will take you to it. Makes a change from the disinterested staff in other shops. Not only that good advice and reasonably competitive.

Great selection of stock, some really good stuff and very friendly and knowledgeable staff. It's a shame they are going out of business but they have some great discounts at the moment so I highly recommend popping in to see what they have to offer you before they close their doors for good.

Stores okay. The equipment and tech there is brilliant for someone like me. But the thing that puts me off is I feel intimidated by the staff. 5 seconds into the store you're surrounded by them, I'm all for asking for help but if I need it I will ask it's just intimadating as you feel like you're constantly being watched.

Do not waste your time. The shop is SHUT DOWN sadly. Their website is done, the voice message does not even say the shop is closed down , the note on the door sends people to Newport Road and that is closing down soon.
