They are really nice , fast working and know what they are talking about . Just helped me out to find the perfect house phone and they even explained me why the prices are different between each phones.

I tried to return a faulty cable, instead of being helpful, and attaching a refund (I had all receipts etc), she said she had to send it off to head office to test. I was surprised as the whole store was full of ways to test the cable. Eventually, after the assistant manager walked away suggesting I was wasting her time, the store staff helped with a resolution. I have been using Maplins regularly for years, never had such service.
Good range of products for a small shop, however I find they are way over priced on many cheaper elsewhere products. I went shopping for a mouse, but got cheesed off with their markups...
