Very good branch of the Maplin chain. After being sold the completely wrong product in the Bournemouth branch of Maplin I returned the item to Salisbury where the staff member was able to find exactly what I needed and do a suitable replacement. Very friendly and highly recommended.

Decent sized store with well laid out aisles for finding what you're looking for. As with all Maplins, I sometimes wish the staff were a little less eager to find out if I need any help... Always leaves me feeling like they're trying to push a sale on me. That said, all of the staff I've interacted with at this store have been very knowledgeable.

I have shopped here many times, always the staff were very knowledgeable and helpful, they always advise pros and cons then leave the choice to you, I like that. Things I've bought here.. Car Sat Nav Car electrical accessories Gaming PC 27" gaming monitor And returning shortly for some decent headphones.

Great! Although some thing can be found elsewhere for cheaper (usually bundles are more expensive here) the staff have ALWAYS been knowledgeable and friendly! Highly recommend if you need to pick up something like a keyboard or some thermal paste quickly, but not so much for actual parts!

managers full of rubbish, I took a Net Gear wifi booster that had failed after 2 months in its box but no receipt and not only did he refuse to exchange it but he also mentioned he had a TP Link at home and Net Gear were rubbish - we all know that but the reason I bought from Maplin and not 5 cheaper off internet was that I wanted service and the previous manager had highly recommended the Net Gear -Range Extender. Just goes to show they know nothing and you're better off shopping from TenCent etc!!! Very poor, i cant award no stars!!!

It's fantastic shop if you're into gadgets or need something specific for your computer or sat tv. There is also small free car park on the front of the shop.
