After having terrible service next door and waiting 2 week for nothing to arrive I went to Maplin. Was incredibly happy with the service. Sam (assistant manager) helped me all the way until I was happy with the product. Went the extra mile to make sure I was happy and satisfied. Thank you Maplin Rugby

Pretty good for when you need something and can’t wait for online delivery (the obvious cheaper option). Staff here also know their stuff (mostly), compared to next door where it’s just sales people with no clue. Expensive, but you get the convenience of getting the items straight away rather than buying online.
I really like this store as the staff love to help and it's always full of choice tech. It's a real shame they are closing down after the company collapsed financially. But full of bargains now.
Fantastic service, friendly employees that are always happy to help, what more could you want? My local shop I love to go to when I want hardware there and then just a heads up, some PC hardware can be really overpriced in store so price check on other sites before buying here!
If you love their type of products you could loose hours in there, I find it fascinating.
