They used to be a great years now they are rude, and have no idea how to run that place, the lady on the phone didn’t have a clue and over charged me when I complained they added another 100 to the bill with a solicitors letter. Beware people !

If I could give 0 I would. The rudeness customer service I have ever experienced. Trying to charge me for a lost delivery from their negligence! Totally appallingly behavioral from the lady on the phone. She shouldn't be working for a company that deals with people and needs an intense course.
