My brother ordered a bike as an anniversary gift for his Partner but she didn’t like the bike he chose. The Cycle Shop were happy for them to return the bike and had built another one which she loved. They would like to thank the Cycle Shop for being so kind and understanding and demonstrating first rate customer service. They highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for great friendly service.

I was made to feel welcome and Nick provided expert advice on the style of bike that I was considering. Nick kept me informed every step of the way from ordering my bike to collecting it.
