Appalling. Im not sure if they understand how rude and officious they are, or if they have a target to meet. The consequences of their uncaring service can be devastating on a patient. Knocking the mental health and the confidence of vulnerable patients that they will receive caring treatment. A complete lack of empathy with patients who may already be anxious due to the Covid restrictions.

I have just spent the worst 2 weeks of my life, going in and out of Hospital for a Hernia Operation and subsequent aftercare. I can’t thank the staff at Riverside enough, as without their help and guidance I would have been left to my own devices, in pain and not knowing what / and where to go. Special mention to Donna, and the Senior Nurse Practitioner Richard, who has had the time and patience to explain what the Hospital should have done, and consequently reduce the stress , pain & worry.
Shocking service, my wife is very ill and needs to see a doctor, spent nearly a hour on the phone trying to get through but no answer so she went down there but the receptionist was very rude and said she won't book an appointment she has to call. She went out side and and called for 20 minutes and still the receptionist didn't answer. The waiting room is empty and she isn't that busy, Whats the point of a doctor that you can't see when you need to. And the receptionist needs to go on a public relations course.!!!!
Sorry, but not my Doctor's, dropped someone off and picked up.
Receptionist very very rude. Takes AGES to call up. You have the option to use online but need to call up and get log in ID so pointless.
