Having dealt with William H Brown twice this year, I was very impressed with their professionalism in handling my Lettings. Lorraine and Jenny were brilliant answering the phone and always passing on my messages. Paige was exceptional in her duties with the viewing. Having lost my only tenant after 12 years of letting, I decided to re-let through an agency rather than do everything myself. From the outset I realised how much I didn't know about letting, but Paige has been very helpful. Her communication has been very good and thorough, she has also been very patient regarding all the works that had to be carried out at the property. We began the sales journey pre-lockdown – talking to the various estate agents in our area and planning towards the sale of a troubled property (a jaded 2 acres and a house with subsidence and planning permissions required) William H Brown stood out from the crowd. Unperturbed by the issues yet knowledgeable offering support, advice and information freely was key to the initial choice. Having gained planning permission we eventually went to market at the beginning of lockdown one; the home review, descriptions, pictures and submissions to web sites and brochures where fantastic and for the bargain price of just a tad over 100 we also secured full professional photos, fly by drone pictures, a presentation with voice over to match any day time TV advertising and prime placing on the home sales web sites. We where a repair or replace sale and WH Brown triaged, vetted, and assured we received viewers who fully understood the conditions of the home not wasting our or their time to view, yet intrigued to visit. Every weekend, from day one we had at least one visit. The sale took time, as was to be expected with lockdown and house condition, not for the faint hearted yet we eventually sold, in the midst of a short lived price war to a couple we knew would cherish and return our beloved property to its prime. I would whole heartedly recommend W. H. Brown; if they could sell our house, they can sell yours.

I have rented two properties from William H Brown now. I cannot praise Paige enough! Our first move wasn't easy, with the property falling though a week before moving. Paige pulled out all of the stops and done everything she could to find a new property for us! Absolutely amazing 5* service!
