My first time here. Ordered a fish supper (2 fish, chips for 7). Fish were a good size, freshly cooked. in a light crisp batter and delicious. Chips very good too.

Daughter went an got an order of 2 suppers, though the main supplements were lovely, neither one of us could eat the chips, the majority of them were hard an not fresh at all, I honestly feel if had eaten them I'm sure I would have broke a tooth, very disappointed.
Food is late by over 1hr 40 mins after my order. That is 50 mins after the estimated delivery time. I phoned 1 hr 20 mins after placing my order to ask why I still didn't have my food and all I got was we've been busy your order will still be 15-20mins. I find this service has been extremely poor. No offer of money off my order or if I would like anything extra added for free. I'm still waiting on my order 20 mins after my call.
The only chippy that offers cod and you can also get vanilla joes ice cream so what's not to love, on the very rare occasion that mix ups with your order happens it is always dealt with quickly and in a no quibble friendly fashion top notch food top notch service
