1* is one too many! Horrific service spoke to someone last week, they advised that the tool I needed wasn't available in the Margate branch and therefore they were going to try and source it from one of their other locations. The next day I spoke to the same gentleman he told me that they were trying to sort it out and that he would call me back. 2 days later I chased him on a Saturday. At which time he told me it would be collecteing it Monday afternoon from another branch. Then he would want his engineers to go over it before he hired it out. Therefore we agreed for the hire to take place on Wednesday and I agreed what time I would collect it. Today I called them to get told I never booked the tool, they have no records of who I am. They acted like my conversations never happened and that I may have rung the wrong place. After hanging up thinking I was at fault, I looked at my call records and yep 100% it was Hire Station in Margate I had spoken too, every time! So I called them back to make sure I wasn't actually the one who had it booked our tomorrow. This then led to me being called a liar and them refusing to help in any way even though I have brought stuff in for the work and taking the day off. All he kept repeating was all of ours are booked out what do you want me to do? With no apology or acceptance of fault. I cannot recommend this company, use East Kent Hire instead!
