I have just been told to p%ss off several times by the owner's daughter because she was irritated by the heat. She had been working inside and apparently it had been 120 degrees. Maybe she should get another job if she does not like her working conditions ?? She also justified her bad customer service because she was slightly deaf ?? A male member of staff appeared to see what the noise was all about and the owner confirmed to him that it was her daughter shouting and not me. At no time did I raise my voice or lower my dignity by swearing. In the past I have always been served by the chap who is always helpful and polite. On the way home I went to Taddys Nursery CT10 3BN and purchased shrubs to the value of 50.00. They were very polite and helpful, obviously I will be going there in future.
