The Escapement was amazing. Had a week in Margate and decided to try Polaris. Jacob was fantastic and we had a blast and had the best time of the week (apparently). We decided to book The Pit and Egyptian that night and they did not disappoint. Jacob once again stole the show in The Pit and I believe it was Andrew for Egypt who was also amazing. Lewis came and spoke about the rooms and the creativity and puzzles were just so good. We can't wait to try their new rooms when they open.

It was pretty windy an even though we was running a little late the hospitality was amazing and was offered a hot drink. authenticity and ambience of the Egyptian tomb took us on a journey using tactics and logic in team of 2 people it was an experience to remember. It would also suit bigger groups as well, would come back again.

This is the first escape room that we have been to and we didn't know what to expect but we absolutely loved it. The staff, in particular Jadine, were fantastic. They were very welcoming and friendly. The game was very challenging but lots of fun, when we got stuck they provided us with little clues to guide us back on track. We went for my daughters 9th birthday and upon completing the room we were presented with our time and as we had pre payed for a photograph they took the photo and printed it. Jadine was very kind to my daughter and gave her a escape room badge as a birthday present. We would love to come again and try the other rooms and hopefully they will have their second location up and running by the time we come back.

Visited The Escapement during a weekend trip to Margate, and loved it! Did The Polaris and Exodus. One of the better escape room I've completed with great game runners (Jacob and Jadine - both excellent, thanks so much!). They really made the experience great fun. We enjoyed it so much, we booked a second room for the same evening! Worth going to if you're in Margate.

Having played escaped rooms around the world I consider this one of the best I have played. Three very different style rooms run by an enthusiastic and passionate team. Rooms vary from a traditional \lock\ style room to immersive linear problem solving. A great mix of rooms and themes.
