My new front door was fitted today but I am not in the least surprised that it is another first class job. It is my third purchase from Totalglaze and, like the previous two, it is perfection. Fitted by Ricky and his able assistant who arrived on the dot and were extremely polite and helpful. Great value for money! I'll be going back for my fourth purchase soon - a new back door to match the front. Very highly recommended.

We are more than happy to leave a five star review for Totalglaze. They have just built a conservatory for us which we are very pleased with. All the guys involved did a super neat job and when it was finished everything was cleaned and the glass polished. Totalglaze did our windows and doors eight years ago and they still look as good as new. Highly recommended.

Just had patio doors installed by totalglaze and I have to say how impressed I am by the product and the team that fitted them. Neg and Andrew were clean,polite , friendly and efficient. Would def recommend totalglaze to anyone.... Will be back for a front door soon

Had French doors fitted ... the doors have been in less than a year. Have already had them out twice to fix as doors keep dropping/ moving out of line. Yesterday (Wednesday) opened the doors and now they will not close at all. Phoned totalglaze up and explained that the doors would not close and we couldn't secure our property. There response was that they couldn't get anyone to look at it until Monday... so we now have to wait 5 nights without being able to close the door. It's the middle of winter. Explained all this to the lady on the phone and was told \TUFF\... SHE ACTUALLY SAID THAT TO ME...! she was very rude on the phone and when I tried to say there response was not good enough she put the phone down on me. So that's totalglaze for you... very poor quality materials... very poorly fitted... and shockingly bad after sales. Absolutely disgusted...! We did have them booked to come give us a quote for all the windows but have just cancelled that booking and will be using another company. Will never use or recommend totalglaze again.

Just had a rear door fitted by Danny. Great tidy job and looks great. Good price and workmanship highly recommend.
