My experience was generally good to begin with I felt comfortable and the nurses I met initially were really nice. In till after I had my procedure. Barely awake and feeling light headed with in 10 minutes I was asked when I’ll be going home ?? The assistant nurse that dealt with with me was extremely unprofessional and rude I was bleeding from the drip I had in my arm and she was huffing and puffing about changing the plaster. I experienced her to be very chatty and lazy in such a sensitive environment.

Made me feel really comfortable and the doctor made me feel like I was in good hands. I had a surgical abortion and afterwards they gave me as many biscuits as I wanted and a cup of tea also made me feel relaxed and asked how I was feeling.

One of the worst experiences in my life.. and I've had some pretty bad experiences. A word of warning to those who enjoy smoking cannabis from time to time, DO NOT TELL THEM THIS. They will say you are not fit enough to make the decision to terminate it and will send you home sick and pregnant. I was seen by a blonde middle aged lady who would have been better suited working in a Russian prison camp. So rude, so abrupt, so hostile, so ready to hate whoever walks in the door. No compassion or kindness whatsoever. However two of the staff members were lovely, but it took a lot of kicking and screaming to get their help and attention. The cannabis rule is ridiculous and needs to be corrected.

This organisation provided me with excellent service when they carried out my vasectomy in the year 2000. That was at a different clinic at the top of Park Street in Bristol which I believe is no longer there. I have recommended several people to their service as the NHS will decline to provide vasectomy Services if you do not already have any children.
