New to boating and two purchases in, both made at Marine Power. On both occasions have been dealt with by Justin who knows all the stuff I needed to know to make a purchase and is prepared to put time and effort into assisting through the process. Very pleased with the choices I've made and really enjoyed the shop, staff and buying experience, wouldn't hesitate to go again or recommend to others. Can't comment on aftersales, but would be confident at this stage of being dealt with fairly. Good stuff Marine Power, and thanks to Justin. Top bloke.

Have been dealing with Sam and his team for a number of years. Very knowledgeable, fantastic showroom setup and very helpful. Purchased a Suzuki outboard and have been very impressed with the engine and the subsequent servicing.

Very disappointed with the \service\ provided, after the initial meeting at our moorings and was told it would be one to two weeks for the work to be carried out, nearly TWO MONTHS later and weekly calls during that time, speaking to a lady and on occasions the mechanic in question, both of whom were either passing on my message to call me back (didn't happen) or the mechanic telling me he would be the following week (didn't happen) After two months they turned up spent a day on my boat told me it was running but had not river tested the boat, so soon a i started the boat up and put into gear the she cut out as pre their work. When i rang them it was the same old story, \ i will try and get there next week\ after a few weeks i rang another boat technician who arrived three days later recognized the problem straight away ordered the part and was fitted. The boat now runs fantastically well. Marine Power should have from the start had the decency to say \sorry we are booked up for the next couple of months\ and possibly recommend some one else for us to use instead of messing us about and making promises they could not keep to. We wont be using Marine Power again.
