We cannot thank Heather & Martin enough for making the most difficult day so much easier. There was complete care and compassion from start to finish and we knew we were leaving our beautiful boy Joey in safe hands. We lost our beautiful Choc lab Geogie 2 days ago, aged 16 yrs. Martin was fantastic, understanding and caring. Everything thought of, from taking Georgie to rest to collecting her ashes. We had to say goodbye to our beautiful Cocker Spaniel, Alfie on Wednesday. After such an upsetting morning we entrusted our boy with Heather and Martin at Rosehill, who were so kind, compassionate and understanding. At a time of sadness, when you need to be picked up, they lifted us and treated Alfie with dignity, compassion and above all else, the recognition of what Alfie meant to us. We definitely made the right choice, and can't begin to express how grateful we are. We would highly recommend Rosehill and without hesitation, would definitely call upon them again, should we need to. It was a pleasure meeting you Heather and Martin (Rosehill), and we thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts for looking after our boy. Jayne & Andy. XX

I cannot thank Heather and Martin enough for the thoughtfulness and compassion they showed us when we brought our boy Bryn to them. They were both wonderfully friendly and chatted to us about their own experiences and dogs. A beautiful place with animals all around and in particular the gorgeous Sapphire, who acted like our little therapy dog. A great service, we knew Bryn was in the right hands. Once we got him back, we also got a lovely card and memory seeds to plant - so thoughtful. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who finds themselves in the same unfortunate position. Heather handled my girls passing beautifully. I felt so comfortable leaving her with heather to give her the cremation she deserved. It was so personal and seeing her own care for her animals helped put my mind at ease. I can’t thank heather and Martin enough for helping me with my girl.
