Just could care less. Bought a lovely pair of boots I thought. UPS knock on the door and then went off and left . caught the driver in the van driving off leaving NO note. Told Rieker not interested no apologies. Boots leaked so told them they sent a returns slip for UPS to take to a collection point and they nearest was stopped doing it and the next was 30 miles away! would cost more in petrol than sending it by Royal Mail. Got an email this am, no apology no sorry just you will get your refund in the next 10 days. For good boots go elsewhere!!!!!

I have size 9 feet and managed to find a good selection of ladies shoes to try on. Visited with Mum and Nanny and we have all left with a new pair of boots! I will be returning with others. Seems to be a good selection of men’s shoes but a much larger selection of women’s styles.
