Absolutely shocking service. Called to make a large order of parts and was initially offered a 10% discount over the phone when the order was placed. It then took a further three weeks to receive the pro-forma invoice which we only received after many calls and emails chasing. The invoice then failed to show the 10% discount that was offered and agreed to and when this was questioned, it was flatly refused by Russell. My advice would be to buy an Andover trailer!
